How can you stay moving through lockdown?
There are plenty of ways to keep moving our bodies, even though we are in lockdown.
Some ways to stay active, if it is safe for your to do so include:

šāāļø Home stretching or exercise routine
šāāļø Online Pilates or Yoga
šāāļø Spend some time out in the garden
šāāļø Any backyard games or sports- get creative!
